Day 2: Coping w/ Anxiety: Breathe to Relieve!

Today’s video includes a simple tool to help relieve stress: breathing.  

Sounds simple, but it really helps the brain and body to relax and keep from panicking. 

This can be a part of a daily routine as well as a tool to use when anxious feelings begin, which right now, for many, is a lot more often.
