If after training with TorchPrep, your ACT score does not go up, don’t panic, because the road does not end there!
Our goal is to maximize ACT scores for all students, and since we train over 2,000 students every year, there are always going to be a few students who do not see an increase. That is why the guarantee exists!
We do not offer the guarantee to make it feel better to purchase TorchPrep (though I am sure it helps). We offer the guarantee because we are intent on helping every single student who trains with us reach their best possible score on the ACT. We want to be held accountable to what we are offering families, and if we are not meeting the needs of our families, then we are not doing our job.
What to expect if (worst case scenario) your score does not go up:
- You need to reach out to TorchPrep and let us know!
- If you never tell us about your score staying the same or going down then we can never help you change your story.
- TorchPrep does not have access to national test scores, so we depend on you telling us your score.

- BE ENGAGED!! Ask questions, challenge yourself, & DO NOT TAKE IT EASY!!
- You need to attend EVERY SESSION...yes, even the practice tests. The practice tests may feel redundant, but we need to take every opportunity to find out why your score didn't go up and make sure it does on the next test.
- Sign up to take the national test again!
- It's $50 and 3 hours of your life that can drastically change not only the next 4 years, but actually the rest of your life (think going to college, picking your dream school, and maybe even no college debt).
